"I slept better than I had in days.

I want to say a personal thank you for the class last night. It made me stop, listen, breathe, create, move, and be in the company of lovely women. I slept better than the previous nights. Call it coincidence? I’m not sure. Toda Raba! Continue to spread breathing and art; What a great combination!”
