I coach individuals to reduce stress and find calm through mindful breathing and creative expression.
I believe that life is an art form, and that we can all live it with more presence, softness, and intention.

I have been living with a chronic illness for many years, without fully realizing how deeply it was affecting my life.
Seven years ago, everything shifted when I discovered mindfulness, 

a science-backed practice that helped me reconnect with my body, tune into my physical sensations, and realize that life could be lived differently.
Mindfulness became my anchor, guiding me to live with greater awareness, self-compassion, and intention, even through life's challenges.

Alongside my mindfulness journey, I deepened my lifelong connection to creative expression, supported by my professional training in expressive arts therapy.
Art has always been an essential part of my life, a natural language for emotional healing, self-awareness, and stress relief, and it continues to inspire and shape the way I work with others.

Now, I’m passionate about helping others integrate mindfulness and creative expression into their daily lives, building greater calm, resilience, and self-compassion.
