A creative mindfulness gathering to slow down, explore, and reconnect.

Open Studio offers a gentle pause from the rush of daily life, a space to open the heart, spark creativity, and reconnect through mindfulness and art.

These sessions provide relief, relaxation, and balance in a calm, supportive environment with soothing music and a peaceful atmosphere.

Each session includes:

  • A guided mindfulness practice with tools for grounding and stress relief.

  • Creative exploration using meditative painting, mandalas, collage, guided doodling, and more.

  • Hands-on experience with a variety of art materials. No prior art skills needed!

  • Join a session and experience the calm that creativity brings.

Sessions are offered monthly or weekly.
