Art of Living Club
How would it feel to live a life that’s at least 10% calmer than it is now?
No big drama, just a little more peace, more breathing space,
More YOU.
What if I told you it’s possible in just a few minutes a day,
without big changes and without adding more tasks?
Art of Living club
A space for breathing, creating, and reconnecting with yourself, right inside the life you are already living.
What if you could...
🪷Take a moment to breathe,
really breathe
🪷Feel less overwhelmed, even
when you don’t “get everything
done”
🪷Know how to calm your body,
clear your mind, and reconnect
with yourself in between it all.
🪷Create without needing to
“know how to draw”
🪷Be part of a quiet, sensitive
community that gives space to
whatever you are going through

My story
I’m Tal Sabo, expressive arts therapist and mindfulness teacher.
My Wakeup Call came when I realized I was living disconnected from my body,
running on autopilot, while my chronic illness only grew worse.
Faced with pain and struggle, I looked for another path.
For the past ten years I have been exploring how to create a life with more compassion,
breath, and creativity.
I believe life itself is an art form, and you are the artist.
Here in the club, I want to give you the space to practice that.
Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t have time. How can I possibly practice?
The practices are short, even one minute. The club was created especially
for busy women who want simple daily tools.
I don’t know how to draw. Is this for me?
Absolutely. The creative exercises don’t require any experience or skill.
Just like when we were little girls, remember?
What if I don’t connect with long meditations?
That’s fine. In the club you will find short, accessible practices that work even if
traditional meditation does not.
